I am innocent, I did not incite any fan to misbehave – Kotoko PRO on his five-match ban and fine

The PRO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Kennedy Boakye Ansah has said he will do whatever he can to overturn the five-match ban and the ₵5, 000 fine he has been given by the Ghana Football Association. 

Speaking on Kessben FM, Ansah said “he is innocent” as he did not “incite any supporter” to “misbehave.” 

Adding, he said if he accepts it then it means that he is the reason why a fan got shot by the police. 

Ansah admitted that he “only went on the pitch or inner perimeter” to beg the fans and calm them down and “there is video evidence all over the place” to support his claim. 

“I will not accept it and Kotoko is not guilty is in this matter.” 

“Kennedy Boakye Ansah, I am not guilty”, he said.
