While every Ghanaian player’s dream is to get a contract outside, Justice Blay, on the other hand, prefers to stay in Ghana and play for Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Blay, who is currently on loan from Medeama SC has shown his love for the all the Porcupine Warriors during an interview on Kumasi FM.
Blay in the interview revealed how he ended up signing for Kotoko.
“Medeama played Kotoko at Tarkwa which we won. C. K. Akonnor sent Muntari Tagoe to come for my number where talks began,” Sports Corna reports.
“Moses Parker was reluctant in releasing me for Asante Kotoko but I insisted. Others came in to convince him and he eventually agreed to loan me to them.”
“I cannot decide whether I will stay or go back to Medeama. It’s between the two clubs but obviously I want to play for Kotoko. You can’t compare the two clubs.
“I even prefer playing Kotoko to traveling abroad”.
