The Inspector General of Police (IGP), David Asante Apeatu has asked criminals to rethink about their life this Christmas.
Speaking at an event in Accra yesterday, the IGP said it is their job to maintain peace and security in the country.
He sent a warning to criminals who have planned to disturb the public this festive season.
He asked them to ‘rethink’ about their ‘life and the image of their families’. He further asked them to ‘repent or their cup will be full’.
He also spoke against vigilantes and land guards and sent a word of warning to them that their ‘sister security services’ are going to help them this Christmas to hunt them down.
