Free-agent Samuel Inkoom is on the verge of returning to Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Samuel Inkoom is already in Ghana negotiating with the porcupine warriors board. The enterprising left-back has ended his contract with the Georgian club Torpedo Kutaisi.
The porcupine warriors were in talks to re-sign the defender last season. His experience will boost the porcupine warriors defence.
Inkoom’s local agent Alhaji Abu Lamin has offered his player to the club. The former U-20 world cup winner is ready to return to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

In an interview with Angel TV, he confirmed his desire to return to the Ghana Premier League. He is also willing to play for the club free of charge. Coach Prosper Narteh’s backline will have a rich experience.
The defender has played for FC Basel, DC United, Dnipro and other respectable clubs in Europe. Samuel Inkoom was Kumasi Asante Kotoko Premier League winning team. He left the club for better wages in 2009.
Before leaving the club, he was a U-20 world cup winner with the Black Satellites. He also represented Ghana at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
