There have been rumours since yesterday that the government of Ghana after ‘taking steps’ to dissolve the GFA is also planning to change the name from Ghana Football Association to Ghana Football Federation.
Albeit there has not been any official confirmation from the government, the rumours were debunked by some government officials.

The President, after seeing the video about the rot in Ghana football has been taking steps to dissolve the Football Association to bring some sanity into the association.

As at now, it is not known if the government has considered changing to GFF from GFA but whatever it will be there will surely be a new Ghana Football Association.
