Ghanaian midfielder, Alfred Duncan has revealed he is not happy with the continued exclusion from the Ghana national team.
According to him, “it hurts that” he has “been ignored” by his country as it is every players dream to play for his country.
“It hurts that I have been ignored because everyone wants to play international football,” he said in an interview on KweséESPN.
“It is a compliment to be considered good enough for your country, and all I can personally do is to make my case by playing well at club level.”
The 25-year old former Inter Milan midfielder has so far played well in all the games he has featured for his club, US Sassuolo.
Alfred Duncan has played 9 games for the Blackstars and has scored the only goal for his country.
