This was made known when the President of Association of Magistrates and Judges, Justice Victor Ofoi told journalists.
‘So we are divided. Seriously divided’, he said.

Justice Victor Ofoi also said retired judges have been convincing them not to go on strike so as to maintain the dignity they left behind.
’90 % of the judges we have today are very young’ and according to him ‘it’s very difficult to control them’.
Justice Ofoi also indicated they cannot stay quiet if they are being cheated.
