Yesterday, the authorities of Baba Yara Sports Stadium clashed with the management of Kariobangi Sharks at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The reason for the argument was due to the Sharks’ demand to enter the stadium with their bus.
The Sharks wanted the driver of their bus to drive on the tartan tracks before their players get down.
But the authorities of the stadium opposed it.
The two parties engaged in an argument at the entrance of the stadium for about 10 minutes until the Sharks gave in.
The players of Kariobangi walked onto the pitch and had their training as required by the Confederation of African football.
The much-awaited match between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Kariobangi Sharks will kick off at 3:30 GMT at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Although the Sharks do not have any record in African club competition, they are optimistic they can cause an upset at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
