Kasoa Magistrate wanted to impress the Chief Justice – MCE

The MCE for Awutu-Senya, Michael Yaw Mensah has expressed his shock about the news making waves that a court at Kasoa which in their area has no toilet facility.

The MCE said they have built a toilet facility for the judge.
‘I suspect that maybe she wanted to demonstrate something to the Chief-Justice’, he said. ‘She did not know it will go viral’.

According to him, the judge does not use a chamber pot and the assembly always make sure the place is clean for her.

Also, the MCE, during the interview with ABN Ghana explained that she even has the keys to the facility.
The MCE believes the judge who is on transfer wanted to say something to impress the Chief Justice who was at the court.

Felicia Gandeji, made headlines when she showed the Chief Justice, Gloria Akuffo, a chamber pot she uses to attend to nature’s call.

After the news went viral, the MCE came out to deny the claims Felicia made to the Chief Justice.
