Ghanaian and former Malmo FF footballer, Kingsley Sarfo is heading to court again.
But this time, he wants to appeal his prison sentence. Kingsley was sentenced to two and a half years for having sex with a fourteen-year-old girl.
“The profession is clear that the Supreme Court will grant a trial and that they should deny the prosecution in its entirety,” Mikael Sundman, Sarfo’s lawyer said.
Mikael is arguing his sentence should be for sexual exploitation but not rape.
Kingsley Sarfo before his sentence pleaded guilty and there were saved communication between him and the girl
where she told Kingsley she had just turned 14 years and even called the footballer “daddy”.
