Kotoko draws Cotton Sport FC in the Confederation Cup

Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been drawn against Cameroonian club, Cotton Sport FC in the final leg of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The first leg will be played in Cameroon on either the 11, 12 or 13 January 2019 while the second leg will be played in Ghana on either 18, 19 or 20 January 2019 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Cotton Sport are 15 times Champions of Cameroon and made it to the final of the Champions League in 2008 and lost to Al Ahly of Egypt.

Cotton Sport drew their game the last time they came Ghana, however, they got knocked out as Berekum Chelsea beat them in Cameroon.

The winner of the two legged fixture will qualify to the group stage of the competition.
