Kotoko fined GHC 10, 000

Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been fined GHC 10, 000 by the Normalisation Committee for failing to attend a post-match press conference.

According to the Normalisation Committee, failing to attend the post-match press conference attracts a fine of GHC 5, 000 in the Normalisation Committee Special Cup.

Kotoko has been fined GHC 10, 000 after no representative of the club attended the post-match press conference after their games against Medeama in Tarkwa and Eleven Wonders in Techiman.

Clubs participating in the competition will be given GHC 30, 000 as participation fee, therefore, GHC 10, 000 will be deducted from the GHC 30, 000 which is supposed to be given to Kotoko.
