Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak, according to reports, will play this year’s Presidential Cup at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The two most successful Ghanaian clubs will lock horns on Friday, March 4 and the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to do the ceremonial kick-off, as well as, the medal presentation.
Asante Kotoko has won the President’s Cup six times while their arch rivals Hearts of Oak has four Presiden’ts Cup in their trophy cabinet.
The two clubs played goalless in their postposed seventh week Ghana Premier League game last Sunday and they will play the second leg in April.
But before they meet for the second leg, their eyes will be on the Presidential trophy.
