Kotoko pockets GHC 99, 000 from the Hearts match

Kumasi Asante Kotoko, according to reports bagged GHC 99, 000 from the gate proceeds in their match against Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Normalization Committee (NC) initially stated that Kumasi Asante Kotoko was going to get 30% from the gate proceeds, however, after Kotoko demanded an increase in their share of the gate proceeds, the NC succumbed to their demand and increased their share to 45%.

In the end, Kotoko and Hearts who was also to receive 40% had its share increased to 45% while the NC got 10% after insisting they were not going to reduce their 30% share from the gate proceeds.
