Gyasi Jantuah, the agent of Kumasi Asante Kotoko player Sogne Yacouba has revealed the club rejected a $300, 000 from South African giants, Orlando Pirates.
Jantuah said the CEO of Kotoko “gave a price tag of $600, 000” and the South African club were willing to start negotiations with the club.
According to him, Pirates were prepared to pay $300, 000 and he said he has all the documents to support his claim.
Jantuah said Kotoko “disentangled everything” and later wanted to “enter into another agreement with the player.”
Jantuah, added the decision by Kotoko to put a price tag on the player and later rescind the decision was not fair to the player after making it clear he would be sold.
