Kumasi Asante Kotoko, according to reports, will suspend their strikers, Sogne Yacouba and Fatawu Safiu.
According to the report, the two players will face the wrath of the management of the club after failing to report to the club.
The Post understands that Safiu was supposed to return to Ghana after Swedish club, Helsinborg IF could not match Kotoko’s price for the player when he went to the club for trials.

The Swedish club, however, later made an improved offer which still did not match what Kotoko was looking for.
At the moment, Fatawu, according to reports, is on trial at a second division in Sweden defying the club’s orders to return to Ghana.
Yacouba, on the other hand, went to his country, Burkina Faso after the Normalization Committee’s Tier 1 Special Competition ended.
Unfortunately, Yacouba lost his brother when he went home and as a result, he could not return on the initial date he was supposed to return to Ghana.
Since then the player has not returned to Ghana on the dates that the club was expecting him to return.
The Post understands that the management of the club will likely punish the two players after their game against Kano Pillars in the CAF Champions League in Nigeria.
