Kotoko turns 85

Asante Kotoko today turned 85 years.

Kotoko is one of the oldest clubs in Ghana and it is also the most successful club in the country.

Since it was formed, it has won 2 CAF Champions Leagues, 24 Ghanaian Premier Leagues, 9 FA Cups, 12 SWAG Cups, 3 Ghana Super Cups, 2 Ghana Top Four Cups, 3 Ghana Annual Republic Cups and 3 Ghana Telecom Gala Cups.

The International Federation of Football for History and Statistics ranked the club as Africa’s Club for the 20^th Century.
