Krobea out of FA Cup and so what ? – Kotoko board member asks

Asante Kotoko Board Member Evelyn Nsiah Asare has questioned why some football fans are making it seem like the team is ‘dead’ after losing 1-0 to their city rivals King Faisal in the FA Cup yesterday.

King Faisal is the only club that has beaten Kotoko in the league this season and their win over them in their FA Cup has made is Kotoko’s second loss of the season.

After the game, some Kotoko fans were so angry they booed the team when they were leaving the stadium.

Evelyn, in a tweet, compared Kotoko’s elimination from the FA Cup to that of Barcelona’s elimination from the UEFA Champions League. She questioned the fuss being made about the loss and added the team will bounce back.
