Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko player, Thomas Duah has added his voice to the Yacouba-Kotoko saga.
Duah in an interview monitored by The Post said that his former club should let the Burkinabe striker go if he is not willing to play because what he is doing is not “respectful.”
Duah further added that Kotoko made Yacouba who he is so he should give his all to the club is that in the near future he can return to the club should the need arises like Ivorian striker, Ahmed Toure.
He was not surprised by Yacouba’s actions as he indicated that it is normal with “African players” and it is also part of the reason why some players do not excel in their career.
Yacouba, yesterday trained with his the team for the first time after sustaining an injury.
It was reported that the player has been declared fit by the team doctors but the player is not willing to play or train as he does not think he is fit enough.
