Liberian Senator dies in Ghana

A Liberian Senator has died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.

Geraldine Doe-Sheriff, according to the report, died from cancer at 5:15 pm on Saturday, February 9, 2019.

The late Senator who is a member of the Coalition for Democratic Change is believed to have been flown to Accra for medical treatment as she has been battling cancer for more than a year.
