Libyan club offer $100,000 for Richmond Lamptey

An unnamed Libyan club has made a bid of $100,000 for Asante Kotoko midfielder, Richmond Lamptey who has just four months left on the his contract at the club.

According to the report which made on Oyerepa Radio, the LIbyan club has told also offered Lamptey $7000 a month salary.

Kotoko, on the other hand, has rejected the $100,000 bid from the club and has asked for $150,000 for the player. However, the Libyan club, per the report, are not willing to go beyond their offer for the player.

Lamptey has been outstanding since he made his debut in the Ghana Premier League for West African Football Academy. He was part of the Black Stars team in the ongoing AFCON but he did not play in any of the games Ghana played.
