Mahama sends a message of condolence to Amissah-Arthur’s family

Former President John Dramani Mahama has sent his condolence to the family of the late former Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur whose funeral started this morning.

Mahama in a tweet said “Today, all of us- family party comrades, well wishers and the nation- are united in grief at his passing. Our hearts reach out at this time to Matilda and the children, and also his aged mother.”

He attached a photo of himself and the former Vice President to the tweet.

 Mahama serving as an observer in the upcoming Zimbabwe elections with the Commonwealth Observer Group.
