Manhyia Palace has written to the Ghana Football Association (GFA), according to reports.
According to the report, Manhyia has asked the GFA to give Kumasi Asante Kotoko by the end of the week to form the board and submit the names to the football association.
Early this year, Kotoko was fined ₵5, 000 for failing to submit the names of its board members after which the GFA extended the deadline for the club. The Post understands Kotoko would be fined ₵20, 000 if they fail to meet the second deadline.
Reports in the media indicate the reason why the Executive Chairman of Kotoko, Dr Kwame Kyei is struggling to form the board is that he is struggling to get people to be on the board.
Also, the club needs approval from Manhyia before the list can be sent to the GFA.
