The CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, George Amoako was tipped to become the Vice President of the GFA Vice President after Kurt Okraku won the election last Friday.
The GFA President, Okraku was expected to announce his Vice President on Monday but the announcement was postponed.
Since then, some names have been mentioned as possible Vice President for the GFA. At a point in time, the CEO Obuasi Ashanti Gold SC, Fred Acheampong was tipped to become the Vice President.
Randy Abbey and Toni Aubbyn’s name have also been mentioned.
But as it stands now, Mark Addo who was voted onto the Executive Council from the division one is in pole position to become occupy the office.
Little is known by the man who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from City College of New York and an MBA (Finance / International Business) from Columbia University in New York in terms of football but it is believed he is the one who Okraku believes can assist him to implement his policies.
