Medeama shows interest in Shafiu

Reports from Tarkwa indicate that Medeama SC is interested in securing the signature of former Ashanti Gold SC striker and captain, Shafiu Mumuni.

Shafiu has been linked with a move to Kotoko since July after he could not secure a move to Romania.

According to reports, Shafiu has traveled to Tarkwa, however, it is not clear if he met with the management of Medeama.

Medeama has become the third Ghanaian club to show interest in Shafiu after Hearts of Oak coach, Nii Odoom reportedly told the club’s management he wants him.
