Muntari told Kotoko players they “play like rubbish”

Former AC Milan and Inter Milan star, Sulley Ali Muntari bashed Asante Kotoko players over their poor performance against Legon Cities last Friday.

Muntari who was at the stadium to watch the game lashed out at the players when he went to their dressing room after the game.

Muntari, according to the report, told the players they like rubbish and they were lucky they have a coach like Maxwell Konadu as he has coached some of the top players in the country before including him, Stephen Appiah, Michael Essien and Asamoah Gyan.

The former Portsmouth star adviced the players to keep themselves fit as it is their duty.

Kotoko won their first game of the season when they played Legon Cities, however, the fans of the club were not really impressed with the performance of the team.
