Nana Appiah “NAM 1” Mensah, the CEO of gold dealing firm, Menzgold, has been arrested by Interpol.
“He was re-arrested in Dubai. This was after the Interpol in Ghana issued an alert that he was being investigated,”

Nii Armah Amarteifio, the Public Relations Officer of Menzgold said after his re-arrest.

Amarteifio said the arrest of NAM 1 was done at the behest of Ghanaian authorities.
NAM 1 was arrested in the United Arab Emirates in November 2018 and was charged with fraud.
However, on Tuesday, April 9, NAM 1 won the case and the court ordered Horizon Diamonds, the company which called for the arrest of NAM 1 to pay him all the amount they owe him.
