Nana Addo condemns the murder of Ahmed Hussein-Suale

The president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has condemned the murder of the investigative journalist, Ahmed Hussein-Saule.

The president in a statement said: ‘I’ve learnt with sadness of the killing of Ahmed Hussein-Suale, an associate of investigative journalist, Anas Amereyaw Anas. I condemn the act unreservedly, and extend my condolences to his family. I expect the police to bring to book, as soon as possible, the perpetrators of this heinous crime. Once again, my heartfelt condolences’.

The murder of the journalist has been condemned by Ghanaians as well as people outside the country.

Ghana is not known for the murder of journalists, therefore, the murder of Ahmed has come as a shock to the country.
