Baah Acheamfour, the Cordinator for Save NPP Now has criticized the Hajia Fati for prevent Sammy Crabbe from picking nomination forms to contest in the party’s upcoming executive elections in Koforidua.
According to him, it was a planned thing by some top men in the party to ‘use the woman to execute their plans.’
The vociferous NPP member also described Hajia Fati as an ‘irrelevant’ person in the party.
He stated that Hajia Fati is among a group of people who always sit in front of the party office and beg.
Mr. Achemafour indicated that although the party’s headquarters is at Assylum Down in Accra, decisions for the party are made at the ‘Flagstaff House’.
He further stated that some of the leaders have become women because they are using people to do their dirty work for them.
Mr. Acheamfour also said he won’t be surprised if the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo knows something about the incident.
He told Fox FM in Kumasi that Nana Addo has made up his mind to kick all the Ashanti boys from the party. ‘He (Nana Addo) wants to make sure that by the time he leaves office, all the Ashanti boys will be kicked out so that he can handover to the Akyem boys.’
He said the reason why Sammy Crabbe was treated that way is because he is close to the Ashanti clique. Although he is not an Ashanti, attending Prempeh College has made him to side with the Asantes in the party more.
Baah Acheamfour, who said he will be picking nomination forms to contest the National Youth Organiser position in the party blamed the Nana Addo Addo and the ‘Akyem clique’ in the party for the turmoil in the party.
