Arsenal striker Edward Nketiah has agreed to represent Ghana at the senior level, according to a report by 442gh.com.
Nketiah who was born in England to Ghanaian parents has played for England at the U18, U19, U20 and U21 level and is the heighest scorer at the U21 with 16 goals in 17 games.

According to the report, Nketiah acquired his Ghanaian passport after his family agreed to let him switch nationality.

Per the report, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) is working on finalising the switch and it is likely that the 22-year-old would play for Ghana at the World Cup in Qatar.
The GFA are also reportedly in talks with Hudson Odoi, Tariq Lamptey, Inaki Williams, Nico Williams and Ansgar Knauff to play for the Black Stars.
