Nkrabea Effah Dartey is challenging the legality of what ace journalist Anas Amereyaw Anas is doing.
The lawyer, in an interview on Kessben FM stated Anas should rather give his information to the police instead of putting it in a documentary form and showing it to the public.
Anas Amereyaw Anas has over the years been showing his investigative piece to the public after which they prosecute those involve in the illegal act captured on camera.
Mr. Nkrabea Effah Dartey, however, is challenging the way Anas does his work as the laws of Ghana frowns on secret recording.
He also indicated that although the Supreme Court ruled in favour of Anas in the case involving some Supreme Court judges, the case is currently pending at the West Africa Court of Justice.
The documentary which is a collaboration between Anas’ Tiger Eye and the BBC will be shown to the public next month.
