The authorities of Nkwanta Senior High School have revealed they will need more than GHC 175, 000 to fix and replace the things the students damaged during their demonstration.
The students during a demonstration destroyed 3 cars, marker boards, motorbikes and other school properties.
According to the authorities, the parents and guardians of the students have agreed to pay the money as they know their wards damaged the properties.
The demonstration that led to the destruction of properties started after the teachers seized the mobile phones of some of the students.
The students became angry and started destroying the school properties.
After the incident, there were reports that the students have raped some of the female teachers but the school authorities have debunked those claims.
