A popular Kotoko ultra-supporter by the name Seidu is not happy with the tactics of C.K Akunnor.
According to reports, he has threatened to have C.K sacked if he does not make it to the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
“We love Kotoko and Kotoko has many fans across the world so we can’t allow anyone to destroy it,” he told Happy FM.
“CK Akunnor is lucky we won that game in Kumasi else what would have happened won’t be nice. Nobody understands CK Akunnor’s tactics. Always playing one up front,”
“No big man is behind or pushing me. I have a mind of my own and I can think for myself,” he said to debunk the rumours that some big men are behind his back.
In Kotoko’s next against Cotton Sport in Cameroon, Seidu has asked the coach to return to Ghana with a massive win.
“CK Akunnor should go and score 5 or 6 and come then we’ll have a meeting with him. If CK Akunnor is going then all the new management members should go with him. What have I done for the police to arrest me? I did nothing wrong.”
Apart from Seidu, some Kotoko fans have also been complaining about the tactics of the C.K. While others believe that he needs more time to make the players understand his tactics, others believe it will be difficult for him as especially when he signed eleven new players to the team.
