Former President John Dramani Mahama on his tour of the Ashanti Region made a stop as Effiduase to continue his campaign.
The former President said the ruling NPP government used lies and big promises to win the election.
According to him, the presence of the NPP in power has shown good his government was as the NPP is struggling to fulfil the promises it made to win the power.
Mahama said had the NPP not come to power, people would have thought the NPP would have performed better if they were in power. But now that they are in power they are showing Ghanaians ‘feeli gadochi’ as they are making Ghanaians suffer.
Mahama since the launch of his campaign has been criticizing the NPP government for making ‘Ghanaians suffer.’ During one of his campaigns, he said God made him lose the election to expose the lies of the NPP to Ghanaians. He has criticized the free Senior High School policy, the Double Track System and has asked Ghanaians to vote for him to fix the problems in those policies and the economy also.
