NPP’s congress causes businesses to boom in Koforidua

Koforidua, the capital of the Eastern Region is seeing an upsurge in business since the start of the NPP congress.

Taxi drivers, food vendors amongst others have taken advantage of the program to increase the prices they charge.

The program which will end of Sunday has brought together party members from across the country to meet in Koforidua.

The previous two programs which were also held in Kumasi and Tamale also helped businesses to make massive profits.

The food vendors and the taxi drivers we talked to are happy the party chose to organize the program at Koforidua Technical University and they are hoping they will choose the region for their next election in four years’ time.
