The National Sports Authority (NSA) has reportedly asked the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) to postpone the President’s Cup match between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak at a meeting today.
According to the report, the president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will likely miss the match, therefore, NSA believed it will be better for the game postponed.
However, The Post understands that GHALCA rejected the proposal by the NSA as they have postponed the match more than thrice.
The game will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Sunday after the replay was initially scheduled to be played at the Accra Sports Stadium in Kumasi last Sunday.
