Former Ghana Football Association President, Kwesi Nyantakyi has sued investigative journalist Anas Amereyaw Anas again.
Anas was first sued by Nyantakyi after he released his Number 12 documentary on the 6 of June 2018 which unearthed corruption in football; Nyantakyi who at the time was also the Vice President of CAF was seen taking a huge sum of money which he has denied as being money for a bribe.
The amount which Anas revealed was $65, 000, Nyantakyi, on the other hand, claimed it was rather $45, 000 and was given to him for using his using money to attend the meeting.
Nyantakyi after the release of the video sued Anas for defamation, however, Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team have been sued again by Nyantakyi for breaching his fundamental human rights.
In the suit was filed by Nyantakyi’s lawyer Thaddeus Sory, the former FIFA Executive member wants the court to rule in his favour as Anas did not consult him during the recording and even before premiering the video.
