Richmond “PKay” Opoku Afriyie has promised to change how people see Light TV and FM sports show.
This week, the former Fox FM sports journalist confirmed reports that he is joining Light TV and FM and also indicated that his show will be broadcasted on all the station’s sister-stations in other regions.
In an interview on his Facebook page, PKay said he will be hosting the sports show from 10 am to 12 pm on Light TV from Monday to Friday and then from 3 pm to 6 pm on Light FM and TV in Kumasi and its sister-stations, Wisdom FM in Brong East, West and Ahafo Region, as well as, Vision TV in Accra.
He then went on to say that “the Light [Light FM and TV] that you see today you won’t see it like that again,” quoting Exodus 13:14 to support his make and make a promise to his fans and listeners and viewers of Light FM and TV respectively.
PKay stated that he will start working on the station from 14 September and also hinted that he will be in control of Unity Group’s media companies.
