Police on manhunt for man flogging toddler in viral video

The Ghana Police Service are on the manhunt for an unidentified man who flogged a toddler in a video under a tree in an unidentified location.

The police as placed a bounty on the man and have appealed to the public to help them arrest the man whose reason for beating the child is unknown.

“Anyone with such information should contact the police on 0243809991,” a Facebook post from the Police noted.

In the video, a man can be heard saying “boy, wo bε pira akwadaa no” which means “boy, you will hurt the child”.
