Rain disrupts Kotoko’s last training

Kumasi Asante Kotoko, yesterday could not train due to a heavy downpour at Mampong in the Asante Region.

However, The Post understands head coach, C.K Akonnor and his assistant coach, Akakpo Patron instead did “board work” with the players at their hotel, the E-Hotel at Nsuta.

Kotoko will be playing their arch-rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Kotoko today left their hotel and headed for Accra.

The winner of that match will face the winner of the match between Obuasi Ashanti Gold and Karela FC which will be played at the Len Clay Park at Obuasi.
