Rwandan club invites Kotoko for international friendly

Rwandan club, Association Sportive de Kigali has written to Asante Kotoko to invite the club for a friendly match, Oyerepa FM reports.

Details of the letter were not revealed, however, the report indicates Kotoko is yet to reply to the letter as they are in South Africa for the Toyota Cup against Kaizer Chiefs in Durban. After the game in South Africa, Kotoko will play in the GHALCA Top 4 Tournament and Super Cup before the season starts. Therefore, it is not clear if Kotoko will be able to accept the invitation.

Formed in 1999, the Kigali-based club has won 4 Rwanda FA Peace Cups and 4 Rwanda FA Super Cups.
