Shatta Wale is defending his Ghana is a village comment after he received backlash from Ghanaians for his comment.
Wale made the comment on stage during his concert in the UK. Wale, during the concert, told the audience not to see him as the guy they read about because he is a nice guy. He then said ‘Ghana is a village’ and asked the audience to repeat the statement after him.
While some Ghanaians were criticizing him for his comment, the Dancehall artist tweeted that until hospitals get beds, roads get fixed, he will continue to say Ghana is a village.
