Asante Kotoko striker, Sogne Yacouba is expected to report to Kotoko camp on Friday.
The player seeks permission from the team to go to his country, Burkina Faso and was given a 10-days leave as he was not feeling well.
The Post has gathered Asante Kotoko sent someone to visit him in his home country but the messenger has returned as Yacouba told him he will be in Ghana soon.
The Burkinabe extended his 10-day stay in his country and it is reported he is getting better.
Yacouba since joining the Porcupine Warriors has become one of the top stars at the club after he scored against Hearts of Oak in the two-leg friendly matches in Kumasi and Accra.
His absence from the club will not be a good one as he is expected to spearhead Kotoko’s attack in the upcoming CAF Confederation Cup.
