Father of the Late Ebony Reigns, Nana Opoku Kwarteng, has revealed that the spirit of the Late Dancehall Diva asked him in a dream to sign an artiste to replace her.
In a phone interview with DJ Advicer, host of the ‘Ayekoo After Drive Show’ on Happy FM, Mr. Kwarteng said,
‘’I was inspired by Nana Hemaa’s spirit. Oh, yes! She appeared in my dreams and asked me to find someone to continue what she started. I have always stated that though Nana Hemaa is dead, she is still around so this is purely Nana Hemaa’s issue.”
‘’Ebony said I should sign the person so I’m signing him/her on. The name of that person will soon be out. But I’m sorry, I can’t disclose it to you now,” he added.
The one year anniversary celebration of the death of Ebony Reigns was observed on March 29, 2019. Following this, her father in an Instagram post stated that he would sign on a new artiste to his record label, ’Bony to the world records’.
