Teacher drowns after saving his wife and child from drowning

Dzakpotor Dziwonu Maxwell has drowned after saving his wife and child from drowning. The unfortunate incident happened after the boat they were in while crossing the Afram River could not stand a strong wind that blew.

Dzakpotor who was a teacher at Bumpata D/A Primary School in the Eastern Region is yet to be found.

According to reports gathered, National Disaster Management Organization will on Thursday go to the Afram River to look for the body of the late teacher.
