Former Deputy Finance Minister, Ato Forson after the reading of the 2019 budget said he does not see it to be a budget.
Forson said he does not see anything in the budget as it is ‘very empty.’ He described it as a budget full of
‘English’ and it will bring more hardship on Ghanaians.
‘I do not see anything in the budget,’ he said, adding the budget made him sad.
‘I am very sad for Ghanaians,’ he told the media.
He said he does not see any difference between the 2018 and the 2019 budget which he believes will not bring any change in the country.
‘The budget’, he continued, ‘failed to address the problems’ facing the country which he believes should have been addressed.
