Kumasi: Two Nigerians arrested for selling fake tickets ahead of Ghana vs Nigeria match

Two Nigerians have been arrested by the police in Kumasi for selling fake matchday tickets ahead of the game between Ghana and Nigeria.

The tickets for the game are being sold only through the government of Ghana’s electronic platform and it is not clear if the Nigerians were aware of it.

So far over 35,000 e-tickets have been sold and there are reports that only a few tickets might be sold at the stadium as the Baba Yara Sports Stadium has a capacity of 40,528.
