The Post understands a club in the United Arab Emirates is interested in signing Kotoko striker Sogne Yacouba.
According to the reports gathered, the Burkinabe striker is interested in the deal, however, Kotoko wants to maintain him due to the CAF Confederation Cup competition the club is competing in.
Also, if Kotoko is able to qualify to the group stages of the competition, his value would rise and the club can make more enough should they decide to let him go.
Yacouba’s performance has dropped since he returned to Ghana from his extended leave to this country, Burkina Faso but it is not known if it is as a result of the bumper deal the UAE club has put before him.
