The captain of Aduana Stars FC, Emmanuel Akuoko has asked who Sogne Yacouba is.
Aduana will face Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Thursday and a win for Kotoko will give them qualification to the semi-final stage of the competition.
Akuoku said he does not think Kotoko will even be able to score a goal at Dormaa where the match will be played.
Kotoko has a poor record at Dormaa and so far their best result at Dormaa has been a draw. Also, they have not been able to score a goal at Dormaa since 2009 and it is this record that Aduana is willing to maintain.
“No matter what Kotoko will do they will lose here [Nana Agyemang Badu Stadium at Dorman],” Akuoku said on Fox FM.
When asked if he can stop Sogne Yacouba, Akuoku asked who Yacouba is and what he has done in Ghana football.
“Who is Sogne Yacouba? What has he done in Ghana football?”
“I have even stopped Ahmed Toure before so Yacouba can do whatever he wants in Kumasi, not Dormaa.”
Aduana failed to qualify to the next stage of the competition after they failed to get a win against Techiman Eleven Wonders.
