Former Tottenham Hotspurs manager, Harry Redknapp is reportedly in contact with Asante Kotoko to become the club’s technical director.
The CEO of Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah wants the club to be able to sell young players and also promote some to the first team in the near future.
As a result, he has decided to cross the Medittarean ocean and bring the experienced Englishman to help him achieve his target.
According to a report by Oyerepa FM, Redknapp would be tasked with putting structures in place so that the club can build a formidable academy and senior team in Africa.

As it stands now, Kotoko and Redknapp are still in contact and should an agreement be reached, he would travel to Ghana to work for the club.
Also, it is not clear if Redknapp would want to do the job full time or part-time.
